The Washington Activity Coordinator’s Association annual conference was held in Vancouver, Washington at the Hilton Hotel and Convention Center. Middle school, junior high, and high school teachers, counselors, and administrators attend to learn and share their knowledge with their peers.
I was invited to perform strolling magic for their banquet entertainment. People really enjoy this style of close-up magic that happens inches away from them. It’s a great icebreaker and way to get people socializing. And, no sound system, stage, lighting, or special set-up is required. All I need is a group of people who want to have fun!
I knew a few teachers from the motivational school assembly programs that I present as well as high school grad night parties.
Many thanks to photos by Ildi Plesko with the Dorian Studio for sharing the great action photos from the evening.
