Throughout the year I perform several magic shows for parks and recreation departments throughout Washington. Recently I entertained for the Shoreline Parks Department’s Lunchtime Concert Series at Hamlin Park. The “stage” area is a large, circular concrete slab in a grove of fir trees. It was a beautiful, sunny day and being in the shade was nice for me and the audience. I was completely surprised to see nearly three hundred people attend, many bringing a sack lunch and their own chairs or blankets. Always nice to see the community supporting public performances like this!
“Seeing the looks of anticipation on the faces of everyone in the crowd speaks to the amazing magical performance by Jeff Evans at Shoreline’s Summer Concerts in the Park series. Jeff had the attention of all who attended for the entire performance. The Parks Department has already received requests to have Jeff return in the near future.”
